Authentic feminine leadership is about restoring a natural wholeness to the way we lead. It’s about being direct while being kind. It’s about having the courage and the skill to gather all voices so that everyone feels heard. And it’s about using the very human skill of storytelling to inspire positive action. But before we can lead, we have to overcome our fear of not being enough, our imposter syndrome, our self-doubt.

For over 25 years, I have been delivering dynamic learning experiences to professionals and teams so that they may communicate for connection and impact. I've worked with world-class organizations, including Google, Meta, and Netflix, plus countless smaller, yet ambitious organizations just starting to make names for themselves across industries.
